ILLALANGI HEALTHY MUESLI SLICE September 06 2014

INGREDIENTS

180ml extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 cups natural muesli
4 tbsp Riverland honey
1 cup self raising flour
3 cups fruit and nut mix


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 33 x 23cm slice pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together muesli, flour and fruit and nut mix.
  3. Stir oil, honey and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add this to dry ingredients and stir well.
  4. Press mixture into pan and smooth the surface.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
