- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 33 x 23cm slice pan with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together muesli, flour and fruit and nut mix.
- Stir oil, honey and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add this to dry ingredients and stir well.
- Press mixture into pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars.
