- Slice strawberries in halves and place in bowl.
- Drizzle strawberries with the Caramelised Wattleseed balsamic.
- Stir around until all strawberries are covered.
- Leave to marinade, tossing strawberries occasionally
- Serve strawberries with mascarpone cheese, cream or a scoop of ice cream.
Note: The longer you leave the marinade the more it brings out the berries' colour and enhances the flavour.
